All product damage claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product. To complete a claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a description of and pictures of the shipping damage.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of your delivery date (except for damage claims that must be made within 72 hours – see above). To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging.
